Biography

French painter and ceramist Henri Plisson was born on September 20, 1908 and died November 9, 2002. He studied at the College of Montmorillon and was admitted to the Ecole nationale superieure des beaux-arts of Paris, studying with Lucien Simon (1861-1945).<br><br> He served as Professor of Design at the School of Design ABC in Paris and was nominated as official marine painter in 1973.
